At CHRONORA Watches, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our timepieces. Each CHRONORA Watch comes with a comprehensive two years warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
What it covers:
• Manufacturing defects in the watchmovement, hands, and dial. • Any malfunction of the case or crystal due to defective craftsmanship.
What it doesnt cover:
• Damage caused by improper handling, accidents, or negligence. • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or changes on the appearance of the strap. • Unauthorized repairs or modification. • During the warranty period, if your CHRONORA Watch requires repair due to a cover defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Please retain your proof of purchase to validate the warranty.
